Opening video of a package is MUST. No return/refund requests will be accepted without the video.

Return/refund request should be raised within 3 days of product delivery.

Shipping charges are extra, depending on actual and volumetric weights.

It usually takes 3-7 days to prepare, dispatch and deliver any order. But for some pin codes, it might take a little longer to deliver.

For customized orders, preparation and delivery time could vary between 10-15 days.
