- Opening video of a package is MUST. No return/refund requests will be accepted without the video.
- Return/refund request should be raised within 3 days of product delivery.
- No order cancellation/refunds once the order is confirmed and payment is done.
- If any damages during transit, refund/replacement will be provided as per customer’s choice.
- For any missing items, refund/replacement will be provided as per customer’s choice.
