REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

 

We try to deliver you quality products to the best of our abilities in the safest manner possible. But due to any unforeseen circumstances,  please note below points for returns/refunds, so that we can sort out your issues/grievances accordingly –

* Opening video of a package is MUST. No return/refund requests will be accepted without the video.

* Return/refund request should be raised within 2 days of product delivery.

* No order cancellation/refunds once the order is confirmed and payment is done.

* If any damages during transit, refund/replacement will be provided as per customer’s choice.

* For any missing items, refund/replacement will be provided as per customer’s choice.
