* Shipping charges will be applicable depending on actual and volumetric weights.

* It usually takes 3-7 days to prepare, dispatch and deliver any order. But for some pin codes, it might take a little longer to deliver.

* For customized orders, preparation and delivery time could vary between 10-15 days.

* In case of unforeseen circumstances, if any dispatches are getting delayed and impacting your delivery time, we request you to please reach out to us through Whatsapp and sort out the situation.

* Please do not place any urgent orders as we cannot commit to anything on behalf of delivery partners.

* Urgent orders (ready within 2-3 days) can be done only at our base location (Udaipur, Rajasthan). Pickup needs to be arranged by the customer.
